1.2 Registration and regulatory status
Eutimia Travel is registered as the main office of a travel agency in the Tourism Register of the Valencian Community under registration number CV-AVC002780-A, registered on 23 July 2026, file AVC01/2026/82, before the Alicante Territorial Tourism Service of the Directorate General for Tourism of the Generalitat Valenciana.
The business operates under Law 15/2018 of 7 June of the Generalitat on tourism, leisure and hospitality of the Valencian Community, Decree 101/2018 of 27 July of the Consell approving the Travel Agency Regulations of the Valencian Community, and Book IV of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
1.3 Insolvency protection
In accordance with Articles 163 and 164 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Article 8 of Decree 101/2018, Eutimia Travel has established and permanently maintains a guarantee covering its obligations towards travellers who purchase a package and, in particular, in the event of insolvency, the effective refund of payments made and, where the package includes carriage of passengers, the repatriation of travellers.

If services are not performed because of the insolvency of Eutimia Travel, travellers may contact the guarantor directly.
1.4 Purpose and terms of use
This website informs users about the travel intermediation and organisation services of Eutimia Travel and allows quotations to be requested and travel services to be booked. Access is free of charge, other than the cost of the user’s own internet connection.
Users undertake to use the website lawfully, in accordance with this legal notice and in good faith, and not to use it for unlawful purposes, in a way that harms third-party rights, or that may damage, overload or impair normal operation of the site. Systematic extraction of content, automated data collection and speculative or fraudulent bookings are prohibited.
1.5 Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of this website, including without limitation texts, photographs, itineraries, guides, graphics, logos, trade marks, design and source code, belong to David Schleif or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, without express written authorisation is prohibited. The name and logo “Eutimia Travel” are distinctive signs of the owner.
1.6 LinksThis site may contain links to third-party websites, in particular those of travel suppliers and booking systems. Eutimia Travel does not control those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, policies or services. A link does not imply any relationship, endorsement or supervision.
1.7 DisclaimerEutimia Travel takes due care to ensure that published information is accurate and up to date, but the availability, prices and conditions of travel services depend on suppliers and booking systems and may change until firm confirmation. Information published on the site does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated, and until the booking is confirmed under the terms and conditions.
Eutimia Travel is not liable for interruptions, errors, viruses or technical failures arising from causes beyond its control, nor for misuse of the site by third parties.

The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy and the cookie policy, which form part of this legal notice.
1.9 Governing law, complaints and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Where the user is a consumer, the courts of the consumer’s domicile have jurisdiction under Spanish consumer protection rules.
Eutimia Travel holds official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) available to consumers, which may be requested at the agency’s address or by email to david@eutimiatravel.com. Complaints may also be addressed to the Alicante Territorial Tourism Service or to the consumer affairs services of the Generalitat Valenciana.
Eutimia Travel is not a member of the Spanish Consumer Arbitration System.
